Shipping

We typically ship all Scotty’s Country Smokehouse web orders within one to five business days of purchase.

For certain order types, such as frozen items, we only ship on certain days to ensure that the items remain frozen throughout shipping. Because our many of our food items are perishable, we use insulated containers for packaging. All of our frozen items are always shipped 3 day express.

We ship using FedEx, and currently offer FedEx Home and Business Ground, FedEx 2 Day, and FedEx Standard Overnight.

If you’re trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the
following:

Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing.

Federal Ground deliveries occur Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays.

All orders are assigned a FedEx tracking number, and emailed to the customer upon ship date.

If you require FedEx 2 Day or FedEx Standard Overnight shipping, we still require up to two business days for order processing before the order is shipped. This helps us to ensure the finest quality for every order!

Shipping costs are determined by direct connection to FedEx, and are variable based on the size and weight of the order, the delivery location, and other factors that FedEx uses to determine pricing. If you ever feel that the shipping costs are inaccurate, please contact us!
